Account Deletion & Data Retention
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion begins a 30-day grace period during which your account is hidden but fully restorable — simply log back in to cancel it. After 30 days your personal data (name, email, phone, profile, and preferences) is permanently anonymized or erased. Financial and consultation records tied to payments are kept for 5 years to meet accounting obligations, stripped of details that identify you, and then purged. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before routine rotation removes it.
